Server & Discord Rules and Conduct
We want every community member to treat Evolution Rust as their own world.
Please follow our rules to keep the server peaceful and fair for everyone.

General Rules

• Do not be toxic or insult other players. Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

• Try to resolve conflicts calmly and respectfully. If that’s not possible, open a support ticket or send a message to @Junior.

• The use of offensive, prejudiced, or discriminatory language is prohibited.

• Images containing prejudiced or pornographic content are not allowed.

• Harassment, hate speech, racism, abuse, or political discussions are not permitted.

• Do not interfere with other players’ constructions.

• Do not enter other players’ bases without permission.

• Stealing from or sabotaging other players is prohibited.

• The use of hacks, exploiting bugs/glitches, or any practice to gain unfair advantages is strictly forbidden.

• Respect other players’ events, monuments, and loot.

• Administration may change or add rules at any time.

• All payments made on the server are final and non-refundable. (Added on 05/08/2025)

• It is forbidden to block monuments. Monuments are public and available to all players.

  • Any fence, wall, gate, or blockage that prevents access will be destroyed.

Loot Refunds

Items may be lost without the right to a refund in situations such as:

• Dying while AFK or inactive

• Connection drops or internet issues on the player’s side

• Server restart shortly after death

• Logging in already dead

Recommendation: Store valuable items in chests, lockers, or in /backpack before disconnecting.

Exception: Loot refunds will only be considered in cases clearly caused by server failures, such as crashes, server system errors, or hosting-related connection issues.
